Family fellowship Christian Centre was formed in 1996. at 8575 Fingo str, tsakane. it was formed by 3 people at one of the Christian's dining rooms. the aim was not to start a church but a prayer group, where we would meet twice a week. eventually, several congregants joined when they heard us when we evangelized the word of God. After a few months of praying and Fasting, we were waiting for the Lord to Affirm if a church should be started. we begin to fellowship in My home dining room daily. one Sunday it was declared that the church had begun, and named it "healing in his presence ministries". The church grew from strength to strength. from the Dining room, we moved to a school. with several people joining in, the church started having sectors i.e. Children's church, Women's Fellowship, and Youth Services. at a later stage the church moved from a school to open field ( where we started to build a structure for the church. Today's church accommodates more than 1500 people in a big Auditorium in tsakane, Ekurhuleni, East of Joburg. the Church has 2 branches( In tsakane & Mpumalanga respectively). The church has a senior Pastor/Bishop (Bishop Mkhawane and wife Pastor Busi) under their covering they have 20 + Local pastors.
